BBC is a program that calculates the BitRate to use when encoding a film.
Very important note!
It is illegal to copy a video that you do not own. Please support the Movie industry and only make legal backups.
What's DivX?
DivX is a video format based on the MPEG4 technology. You could say that it is the mp3 for video. You can use it to compress a 120 minute movie to one CD-ROM (650MB) at a really good quality.
BBC should be able to calculate the bitrate to use when encoding to VCD, SVCD, DivX, XviD, DVD and lots of other formats.
